General Meeting, Luncheon

Place: Fairfield Glade Center (formerly The Fairfield Glade Conference Center) 128 Stonehenge Dr
Time: Doors open at 10 am. Business meeting begins at 11 am, followed by lunch.
Cost: $21 per lunch.
One check for each person's reservation payable to FGLC in the amount of $21 for lunch. For the sake of expediency, checks are preferred! If paying with cash please bring exact change $21 dollars. No credit cards
Members who owe for prior lunches must contact Anita Lawrence or Mary Hood at 931-200-9749 to arrange payment prior to making a reservation.
Service Project: Cumberland County Good Samaritans. They are requesting: Toilet paper and Cash donations

“Reduce – Reuse – Recycle” Recycling Center
On-line reservations may be made starting Monday, September 25th, at 8 am and ending at 12 pm on Wednesday, 27th.
To make On-line Reservations:
Click on the reservations are open box at the bottom of this page starting Monday, September 25th, at 8 am and ending at 12 pm on Wednesday, September 27th to start the reservation process.
A Reservation Form will open. Fill it out and click on the button at the bottom of the page.
On the next screen, you can check your typing, and print out your reservations if you like.
To print, click your right mouse button, and select 'Print' from the pull-down menu (make sure your printer is on).
Finally, click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
Phone Reservations: (Only for those not having internet access) will be accepted only on Monday, September 25th, from 8 am until Noon. Call 931-200-9749.
If you are making a reservation for a group and you are not attending, do not add your name to the list of attendees.
If you must make more than 8 reservations (each table seats 8 people), you will have to repeat the process for the remaining people.
Cancellations must be accomplished by 12 pm Friday, September 29th or payment for the luncheon will be required. To cancel a reservation, call 931-200-9749.
Reservations must include the following information about each person for whom you make a reservation including yourself:
Membership status (Member, Guest, or Sponsor)
Large grilled sliced chicken Caesar salad with croutons and dressing. congealed strawberry pretzel salad, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
The vegetarian option is Congealed strawberry pretzel Caesar salad with chick peas croutons and dressing and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

A list of confirmed reservations will be sent out by the Reservations Committee soon after reservations are closed. If your name is on that list, you have a reservation. If you are not on that list, please try again next month!
