Gifting Guidelines

​

The Fairfield Glade Ladies Club awards discretionary (Philanthropic) Gifts through an open process for a wide variety of charitable purposes for 50l (c)(3) Cumberland County Organizations.

​

“The Club’s Mission Statement:  Fairfield Glade Ladies Club is a 501(c)(3) organization of women who serve Cumberland County Communities, providing educational and charitable giving, direct community service, and social opportunities for its members.”

 

Monetary gifts will be awarded to eligible nonprofit organizations serving a wide range of causes, including, but not limited to: Community Needs, Scholarships, Veterans, Youth, Seniors, and Adults. Commercial entities and organizations with religious affiliations are not considered to be eligible.

The 2023-2024 Gifting Cycle begins at 8am January 1, 2024, and ends at 5pm on March 31, 2024. _______________________________________________________

How to Apply:

Step 3:  Create and or Collect required paperwork

Please Note:

Once you submit your application you will not be able to make any changes to it.  You will receive an email from Fairfield Glade Ladies Club Gifting Committee acknowledging receipt of the application.   If for some reason you do not receive confirmation from our committee or you have questions, e-mail Carolyn Champagne at carolinechamp3@gmail.com or Phone Carolyn at 985-709-1060

 

Ladies Club Gifting Time Line:

 

January 1, 2024, Application and guidelines made available on 

                                                  Fairfield Glade Ladies Club Web Site.

 

March 31, 2024, 5pm Date Applications must be received by.

 

April 2024 Applications will be reviewed and verified by the Committee members.

 

May 2024 Recommended Applications reviewed by Executive Board 

 

June 2024 Distributions Approved by the Board

 

June 2024 After Board Approval, recipients will be notified by email or letter.
